I’ve been on the S.A.D. diet for most of my existence, not knowing that it’s actually been harming me. My crappy health and doing research has shown me the light. For those who don’t know what S.A.D is, it’s the Standard American Diet. The problem is old habits are so hard to break, so from time to time I fall off the wagon. This leads me to the next big thing regarding my health. In order to reboot I’m going to do a full body 20 day cleanse.
