Made these last night for dinner and they were SCRUMPTIOUS. Photo is taken at my kitchen table. Found this recipe but changed some thingsā€¦reduced salt, reduced rice (more healthy this way), reduced black beans,use cooked instead of raw shrimp, and changed the wording around based on how I made it.

1 Tbsp + 1 tsp vegetable or canola oil
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced divided
2 limes (one for marinade, one for serving)
2 (15 oz.) cans low sodium black beans
1/2 tsp cumin
2 jalapenos, seeded and membranes removed, small diced
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 small red onion, small diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
2 cups cooked rice, or more if you want more rice for your bowl
